Return Policy

We expect you to love your Ada jewelry. Should you be unhappy for any reason, return your item within 30 days for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposits or re-stocking fees. Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and customer is responsible for return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided for a small fee.

Free US Shipping fully insured with signature required to a residence, business address, or Fedex Office. Purchases over $15,000 will ship FedEx Priority Overnight. Purchases of less than $15,000 will ship Fedex Two Day. International Shipping to 69 countries, fully insured. International shipping fees start at $75 USD.
