Ada Diamonds Sweepstakes x BED Sleepwear

Eligibility:
The BED Sleepwear x Ada Diamonds Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Ada Diamonds, BED Sleepwear, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Sweepstakes Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on September 22, 2025 and ends on September 26, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received after the Sweepstakes Period will be void.

How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Like the giveaway post on Instagram.
• Follow both @adadiamonds and @bedsleepwear.
• Tag at least two (2) friends in the comments of the giveaway post. Each additional comment with two new tagged friends counts as an additional entry.
• Optional bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both brands.

Limit one (1) prize per person.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive:

One pair of Ada Diamonds Mini Stud Earrings in 14k White Gold
One BED Sleepwear Set in their size and color choice
One set of Ada Diamonds Branded Champagne Flutes

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $700. The prize cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Winner Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Ada Diamonds and BED Sleepwear and will be notified via Instagram direct message within five (5) business days following the drawing. Ada Diamonds and BED Sleepwear shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk messages, or other security settings, or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

General Conditions:
Ada Diamonds and BED Sleepwear reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined in their sole discretion. Ada Diamonds and BED Sleepwear further reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ada Diamonds, BED Sleepwear, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, injury, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Acceptance of Rules:
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Ada Diamonds and BED Sleepwear, which are final and binding in all respects.
