Ada Diamonds, Inc. is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.

Our goal is to permit our customers to successfully gather information, submit inquiries, and purchase fine jewelry via our website. We have hired Allyant (formerly known as Accessible360), a leading digital accessibility consultant, to audit and improve the accessibility of our website. This 3rd-party audit process includes end-user accessibility/usability testing performed by visually impaired engineers. We will promptly publish an evaluation report, when available.

Our primary business is the design and production of bespoke fine jewelry set with laboratory-grown diamonds. Our typical client engagement is 3-6 weeks and clients are supported by a member of our Diamond Concierge Team through the entire process via phone calls, emails and optional in-person meetings. Ada Diamonds, Inc. takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of Ada Diamonds:

It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Ada Diamonds is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Although our goal is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance, we have also applied some Level AAA Success Criteria.

Our website is hosted on Vercel and built using Next.js to provide you with a seamless browsing experience. While we strive for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, there are some known limitations that we're actively working on.

Known Accessibility Limitations

• Non-Descriptive Alt Text: Some images on the site may have alt text that is not sufficiently descriptive. We are in the process of reviewing and updating these to be more informative.
• Client-Side Loaded Images: Certain images load client-side, which can affect the website’s accessibility. We are working on server-side solutions to mitigate this issue.
• Occasional Client-Side Errors: Very rarely, client-side errors may cause broken pages. We are monitoring for these issues and working on fixes as they arise.

Our migration to a modern platform like Next.js, hosted on Vercel, aims to continuously improve accessibility. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these limitations.
